Product introduction:
On the basis of the ultrasonic gas meter, the cut-off ultrasonic gas meter adds safety monitoring functions such as leakage alarm linkage, overpressure/loss of pressure monitoring, abnormal temperature monitoring, overcurrent, slight leakage, abnormal gas consumption, etc. The valve in the gas meter is used to replace the external valve. When abnormal conditions occur, the gas meter will quickly cut off the valve. At the same time, the gas meter will report the alarm information to the customer management platform and the user's mobile phone in real time to realize the closed loop of safety management.
Product features:
Overpressure cut-off: If the pipeline pressure reaches 8KPa ± 2KPa, cut off the valve and give an alarm.
• Loss of pressure cut off: detect the pipeline pressure reached 1KPa ± 0.2KPa, cut off the valve and alarm
• Leakage alarm linkage cut off: use wired or Bluetooth linkage with the alarm, when leakage occurs, cut off the valve and alarm
High temperature alarm: the ambient temperature is higher than 75±1 ℃, cut off the valve and alarm
Low temperature alarm: the ambient temperature is lower than -25±1 ℃, cut off the valve and alarm
Flow monitoring: it has a variety of gas safety warnings such as abnormal large flow gas consumption, slight leakage, continuous constant flow gas consumption, and no gas for many days.
